Approach

How I work

Michelle offers a warm, affirming space where clients can speak openly, feel understood, and explore what matters to them. She supports neurotypical and neurodivergent clients, including people with ADHD, autism, or both, alongside professionals balancing demanding careers and young adults navigating life transitions. Michelle also works with couples and people in diverse relationship structures who want to strengthen their connections. Her practice welcomes 2SLGBTQIA+, gender-diverse, and BIPOC clients. Her areas of support include anxiety, stress, medical trauma, caregiver fatigue, identity exploration, parenthood, and life transitions. She also supports women navigating premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), menstrual-related mood changes, and perimenopause. Michelle’s approach is collaborative, person-centred, and trauma-informed. She views clients as the experts in their own lives and shapes therapy around their needs, strengths, and goals. Working at each client’s pace, she helps them develop understanding, build practical tools, and create meaningful change.
